We believe in keeping it simple and sincere and this extends to how our fees & how bookings are organised.
Weoffer a complimentary 1 hour consultation to each client so we can get together and discuss your needs and where here2bhelpful fits in. This gives you the opportunity to ensure you are happy to have us working with you for your concierge needs. Issues regarding trust, privacy and security are not taken lightly, and here2bhelpful believe it is important that we both feel comfortable in our working relationship.
How much does it cost?
Here 2b Helpful is available as a one of fee or can be utilized on a weekly, monthly or long term basis with package deals. This fee is adjusted according to the type of service that you require.
Our standard operating times are between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, apart from our pet sit and social media clients.Our hourly rate starts at $45 per hour and we require a minimum one hour booking. We are happy to assist you outside these hours however a 25% surcharge does apply.
Packages are available in 4hr blocks of time or 6 hr blocks of time.
For services requiring the purchase or payment of items, extra funds will be required.
For example a weekly grocery shop for you. Prior to shopping, funds will need to be provided by you in the form of cash, direct debit or gift cards to pay for these purchases.
** If a third party provider is required then you will pay that provider for the service they provide.
**We offer a pensioner discount and tailor costs to meet specific services for errands such as grocery shopping ,etc...we would mutually agree on fees charged...ie: $25.00 per grocery shop.
We accept payment in the form of cash, cheque and direct debit.
Strict conditions apply to social media and pet sittting services. (see fee's)
All payments are to be finalised within 7 days of service.
